On 13.01.2026, the Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association (BBOA), CHQ Delhi once again proved that— ✊ Rights are not begged for; they are secured with facts, courage, and unity. In this highly significant meeting with the Hon’ble Union Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia ji, the following BBOA representatives participated: ➡️ Shri Rajender Singh Tushir, Chairman, BBOA ➡️ Shri Kirti Kumar Sharma, General Secretary ➡️ Smt. Kirti Bala, Finance Secretary ➡️ Other dedicated CHQ colleagues ➡️ Shri Kuldeep Rathi, Circle Secretary (BBNW) ➡️ Shri Neeraj Kaushik, Circle Secretary (NTR) ➡️ Shri Manoj Saini, District Secretary, Karnal ➡️ Senior colleagues Shri Anil Rastogi ji and Shri Jagdish Negi ji (Retd.) Together, they forcefully, factually, and resolutely placed the long-pending, neglected, and legitimate demands of officers before the Hon’ble Minister. 💥 Key burning issues raised emphatically during the meeting: 🔥 PRC (Pay Revision Committee) 🔥 Unjustified delays in Promotions 🔥 A fair and equitable resolution of the ₹22,820 pay scale 🔥 The unheard voice of DoT Pensioners All these issues were discussed with seriousness and a solution-oriented approach, and ➡️ a comprehensive and well-documented written memorandum was formally submitted to the Hon’ble Minister. 🕰️ In honour of the Hon’ble Communications Minister 🕰️ On the auspicious occasions of Makar Sankranti, Lohri, and New Year 2026, the following were presented as tokens of respect: 1️⃣ A special commemorative diary and premium pen marking 100 glorious years of RRS 2️⃣ BBOA’s identity symbol — a graceful saffron turban in RRS colours 3️⃣ Traditional delicacies from Bikaner 4️⃣ An elegant metal mobile stand, and ➡️ Five key highlights, including a warm Kashmiri shawl, especially suitable for the winter season The Hon’ble Minister graciously accepted these with warmth and conveyed his best wishes. 🌟 The most significant and decisive outcome: The Hon’ble Shri Jyotiraditya M. Chirman cum Patron of BBOA,many initiatives were taken for the betterment of BSNL employees and were achieved too. Some notable initiatives are mentioned below:

BHARATIYA BSNL Officers Association (BBOA) came into existence in BSNL and has shaped its significant role in BSNL. The idea of forming BBOA was mooted on 17th January 2015 - the day when the then Hon'ble Cabinet Minister of Communication Sh. Ravi Shankar Prasad inspired our Patron and Chairman Sh. Rajender Singh Tushir to spread awareness among BSNL employees about the positive steps being taken by Government of India for improving the Telecom Infrastructure of India and inculcation of BSNL in this process to realize the dream of national inclusion of all the citizens of India in every corner of India via telecom services.
