दिनांक 27.01.2026 को भारतीय बीएसएनएल ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन के चेयरमैन-संयोजक, पूर्व महासचिव तथा आरएसएस दिल्ली-एनसीआर के उपाध्यक्ष के मार्गदर्शन में, वर्तमान सर्कल सचिव (हरियाणा) एवं अतिरिक्त प्रभार महासचिव श्री कीर्ति कुमार सहित संगठन के अन्य पदाधिकारियों के साथ, नववर्ष 2026 के शुभ अवसर पर तथा आरएसएस संगठन की स्थापना के 100 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में “एक सदी – राष्ट्र के नाम” की भावना को आत्मसात करते हुए, पूर्व परिचित श्री अनिल कुमार, महाप्रबंधक दूरसंचार, करनाल को ससम्मान भेंट अर्पित की गई।

इस अवसर पर उन्हें सुरुचिपूर्ण पेन सहित भव्य डायरी, मेटल से निर्मित आधुनिक मोबाइल स्टैंड, पुष्पगुच्छ तथा करनाल नगर की प्रसिद्ध मिठाइयाँ ससम्मान प्रदान की गईं। कार्यक्रम के दौरान राजेंद्र सिंह तुसीर ने संगठन के पदाधिकारियों के साथ महाप्रबंधक महोदय को नववर्ष 2026 की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ प्रेषित करते हुए उनके प्रति सम्मान, सद्भाव एवं सौहार्द की भावना व्यक्त की। यह गरिमामय भेंट न केवल संगठन की सकारात्मक छवि को सुदृढ़ करने वाली रही, बल्कि नए एवं पुराने सदस्यों को प्रेरित एवं आकर्षित करने की दिशा में एक सराहनीय पहल भी सिद्ध हुई।

“जनवरी 2026 माह के दौरान, विशेष रूप से 13 जनवरी 2026 से, माननीय केंद्रीय संचार मंत्री श्री ज्योतिरादित्य माधव सिंधिया जी को उपर्युक्त स्मृति-चिह्नों के अतिरिक्त कश्मीर की अत्यंत गर्म, क्रीम रंग की शाल तथा राजा-महाराजा के परिवारों से जुड़ी परंपरा का प्रतीक भगवा रंग की सुंदर पगड़ी भी भेंट की गई।” तथा इससे पूर्व दूरसंचार विभाग में मेंबर (सर्विसेज) श्री डी. चक्रवर्ती, मेंबर (वित्त) श्री मनीष सिन्हा, सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल, सभी निदेशकगण, कुछ मुख्य महाप्रबंधक, अनेक महाप्रबंधक एवं आरएसएस संगठन के प्रचारकों को भी राजेंद्र सिंह तुसीर एवं उनके साथियों द्वारा उपर्युक्त स्मृति-चिह्नों के साथ ससम्मान सम्मानित किया गया।

On 13.01.2026, the Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association (BBOA), CHQ Delhi once again proved that— ✊ Rights are not begged for; they are secured with facts, courage, and unity. In this highly significant meeting with the Hon’ble Union Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia ji, the following BBOA representatives participated: ➡️ Shri Rajender Singh Tushir, Chairman, BBOA ➡️ Shri Kirti Kumar Sharma, General Secretary ➡️ Smt. On the occasion of New Year 2026, a courtesy meeting was held with Hon’ble Member (Services) DOT, Shri D. Chakraborty and Hon’ble Member (Finance) DOT, Shri Manish Sinha at Sanchar Bhawan, Ashoka Road, New Delhi.

The delegation comprised Shri Rajender Singh Tushir (Coordinator), Shri Kuldeep Rathi (Circle Secretary, BBNW), Shri Mallesh Kumar (Advisor, South India), and Smt. Keerti Bala (Finance Secretary, Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association). On the occasion of the completion of 100 years of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a Bhagwa-coloured Diary for the year 2026, a luxury pen, and a beautiful metal mobile stand were respectfully presented to both the Hon’ble Members and their Personal Secretaries. During the interaction, important departmental matters concerning the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), BSNL, and the welfare of BSNL employees were discussed in a constructive manner, keeping in view departmental interest, employees’ interest, and national interest. Both the Hon’ble Members graciously conveyed their consent to hold a detailed meeting in January 2026, so that important and pending issues could be discussed comprehensively.

नववर्ष 2026 के उपलक्ष्य में, दूरसंचार विभाग (DoT) के माननीय Member (Services) श्री डी. चक्रबर्ती जी एवं माननीय Member (Finance) श्री मनीष सिन्हा जी से संचार भवन, अशोक रोड, नई दिल्ली में शिष्टाचार भेंट की गई। इस अवसर पर श्री राजेन्द्र सिंह तुसीर (संयोजक), श्री कुलदीप राठी जी (सर्कल सचिव, BBNW), श्री मल्लेश कुमार जी (सलाहकार, दक्षिण भारत) तथा श्रीमती कीर्ति बाला जी (फाइनेंस सचिव, भारतीय बीएसएनएल ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन) उपस्थित रहे। राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (RSS) के 100 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में, वर्ष 2026 की भगवा रंग की डायरी, एक लक्ज़री पेन एवं मेटल का आकर्षक मोबाइल स्टैंड माननीय दोनों अधिकारियों एवं उनके निजी सचिवों को सादर भेंट किया गया। भेंट के दौरान दूरसंचार विभाग, बीएसएनएल एवं बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के हित से जुड़ी विभागीय गतिविधियों एवं महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर सार्थक चर्चा हुई, जो पूर्णतः विभागहित, कर्मचारीहित एवं राष्ट्रहित में रही। माननीय दोनों अधिकारियों ने जनवरी 2026 में शीघ्र एक औपचारिक बैठक आयोजित करने हेतु अपनी स्वीकृति प्रदान की, जिससे लंबित एवं महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विस्तृत विमर्श किया जा सके।

Submission of Progress Report on Pay Scale Issue (₹22,820/-) of BSNL Executives ( JAO/JTO ) now some working as SDE )

A significant review meeting was held with Director (HR), BSNL on 28.11.2025, regarding the final resolution of Pay Protection & Pay Scale issue (₹22,820/-). Director (HR) instructed DGM (Personnel) Shri Omkarnath Tiwari to submit a detailed progress report on the matter.
We were informed that the final report from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is awaited. However, to expedite the process, a meeting with PGM (Estt.) has been scheduled next week, inviting the BBOA delegation for factual presentation and feedback. A Historic Struggle Reaching Its Final Stage Since 2016, BBOA has been continuously pursuing this issue. Despite misleading claims by some organizations in past elections 2016 etc. BBOA remained firm and committed. Justice may take time — But there will be no injustice. We advise all executives — Stay united, believe in truth, avoid misguidance.
