भारतीय बीएसएनएल ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन (BBOA) से जुड़कर, आप तीसरा वेतन आयोग लागू करवाकर लाखों रुपये की भरपाई पा सकते हैं। कई बार सोचता हूं — दूरसंचार विभाग देना चाहता है, और कर्मचारी भी लेने को तैयार हैं — फिर वह कौन सी तीसरी ताकत है जो व्यक्तिगत लाभ के लिए लाखों कर्मचारियों के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं ?
हर चुनाव से पहले और बाद में, और सदस्यता अभियान (16 जून से 15 जुलाई) के दौरान, वही लोग नए नाम, नए चेहरे, संचार मंत्री व BSNL के उच्च अधिकारियों से मीटिंग आदि करके अपने छुपे हुए अजेंडे सामने लाकर सभी कर्मचारियों को भ्रमित कर रहें हैं। हमारे संगठन को लगता है की अबकी बार BSNL कर्मचारी पिछले 9-10 वर्षों से जो धोखा खाया है अबकी बार BBOA संगठन को अपनी सदस्यता देकर अपने मंसूबे पूरे कर लेंगे । यदि प्रशासन के कामकाज की समीक्षा हो तो वह दिन दूर नहीं, जब BSNL की हालत MTNL से भी बदतर हो जाएगी।
👉 यह संदेश 50-50 लोगों तक पहुँचाएँ — सच की कड़ी जुड़ती जाएगी।
आज हमारे Designation (GM, Joint GM/DGM, AGM/DET, SDE/SDO, JTO, CAO, AO) समाज में सम्मान का प्रतीक हैं।
लेकिन ONE PSU ONE Association की मनमानी से इन्हें नजरअंदाज कर आपका वजूद खतरे में है।

BSNL Corporate Office Letter- Regarding Grant of notional increment to absorbed employees of BSNL for the purpose of calculating Pension

With consistent efforts of Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association (BBOA), BSNL Corporate Office has now Circulated Dot OM dated 26.05.2025 mentioning that DoT has decided that the benefit of notional increment as it was due in any month of the year should be drawn in favour of eligible retired employees/third parties, who had retired/are retiring from BSNL service w.e.f.01:01.2006. Actual benefits in respect of different categories of employees will be governed as per the stipulation of Para 4, 5 and 6 of OM dated 20.05.2025.

Further all Circles have been directed for the following actions:-

All Circles/Units are requested to implement the above-mentioned DoT OM dated 26.05.2025 in respect of eligible absorbed employees retiring/retired on superannuation from BSNL W.e.f. 01.01.2006. The conditions and eligibility criteria stipulated in the OM shall be followed meticulously while processing the cases of notional increment only for the purpose of calculating the pension.

The cases of eligible employees for grant of notional increment for pension in terms of DoT OM dated 26.05.2025 shall be taken up with the concerned CCA. However, priority may be given to the cases where there are any directions from the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunals or that of other judicial forums and forward such cases along with the judicial orders to the concerned CCÁs for further action.

BBOA Letter to BSNL CO- Recognition of BBOA as Transparent, Nationalist Officers platform for Telecom Reform and Unity Post Merger

We seek recognition of Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association (BBOA), a selfless, transparent and ideology-driven Officers' movement committed to the motto:- Nation First, Department First, Employee Fist, so that resources can be generated for Revenue to build the Nation.
Following are the suggestions:-
1. De-recognize the legacy associations for lack of genuine representation.
2. Implement a transparent "One PSU- One Association" Policy.
3. Recognize BBOA as a credible, honest and future-ready officers' platform.
4. Ensure equal time, platform and respect for all legitimate groups.
5. Grant of long-awaited benefits like 15% Pay revision as per 3rd PRC, LTC restoration and one Cadre One Scales for JTO/JAOs.
6. Restore additional one increment on Regular promotion.
BBOA strongly recommends for following:-
i. BSNL and MTNL Officers deserve transparent leadership- not political manipulation. BBOA stands ready to work shoulder-to-shoulder with management to restore trust, enhance morale and build a unified Telecom Force aligned with national goals.
ii. If not stopped immediately, this policy will trigger protests and unrest, leading to service disruptions and customer dissatisfaction- just like in February, 2019 and other past instances. Prolonged salary delays had already worsened employees' conditions. Immediate withdrawal of this policy is essential to avoid further damage.

Vide reference letter mentioned above Point No. 6 (d):-
"For the purpose of Counting of Circle Tenure under BSNL Transfer Policy the Executives serving in BSNL CO, CNTx-N, QA&I, BBNW , ALTTC, INMARSET, UP(W)& HR Circles and posted in the State of Delhi & Municipal limits of Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad shall be trated as one composite Unit and will be counted as tenure of Delhi/BSNL CO."
Considering above reference and the recent transfer orders issued from BSNL CO, We want to highlight that some Association representatives are still using the benefit of posting at same locations in the name Majority association. We humbly request BSNL Corporate Office to take note of such misuse by some of the ASSOICATION (so called majority Union/Association) depriving other needy employees requesting for posting at or nearby BSNL Corporate Office, who are working hard for the organization.

Corrigendum regarding transfer on promotion In partial modification to this office order cited above, para 3 of the order stands as follows: "3.CGMs to relieve the executives who have been ordered for transfer to other circles immediately but not later than 30 days from the date of issue of this Order. In case the executives concerned fails to join the promotional assignments within the prescribed period of 40 days of the issue of the order of promotion by BSNL CO, he/she should nof be allowed to join the post thereafter. In such a situation, the promotion order shall become inoperative and such cases shall be reported to this office. Further, no request for modification of posting order shall be entertained."

दिनांक 24 अप्रैल 2025 को भारतीय बीएसएनएल ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन (राष्ट्रीय विचारधारा संगठन), राजस्थान टेलीकॉम सर्किल के सदस्यों की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक दोपहर 1 बजे बजाज नगर दूरभाष केंद्र, जयपुर में आयोजित की गई। बैठक के उपरांत, दोपहर 3 बजे सर्किल कार्यालय में माननीय मुख्य महाप्रबंधक दूरसंचार, राजस्थान श्री विक्रम मालवीय जी से एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल द्वारा शिष्टाचार भेंट की गई। प्रतिनिधिमंडल का नेतृत्व माननीय चेयरमैन-संयोजक BBOA CHQ श्री राजेन्द्र सिंह तुसीर (जनपथ, नई दिल्ली) ने किया। उनके साथ उपाध्यक्ष श्री विजय दहिया (सोनीपत), महासचिव (अतिरिक्त प्रभार) एवं सर्किल सचिव हरियाणा श्री कीर्तिकुमार शर्मा (करनाल), सर्किल सचिव एनटीआर श्री नीरज कौशिक (जनपथ, दिल्ली), राष्ट्रीय संगठन मंत्री श्री प्रदीप कुमार (जींद), प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राजस्थान सर्किल श्री मोंटू गुप्ता, कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष श्री अर्जुन लाल जाट, सर्किल सचिव श्री रविकांत दुबे तथा अन्य वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे। बैठक में संगठन के सुदृढ़ीकरण, अधिकारियों की सेवा शर्तों एवं क्षेत्रीय मुद्दों पर गहन चर्चा हुई। माननीय मुख्य महाप्रबंधक महोदय जी ने अत्यंत धैर्य और सहयोगात्मक भावना के साथ सभी विषयों को सुना और शीघ्र समाधान का आश्वासन दिया। राजस्थान टेलीकॉम सर्किल की ओर से संगठन के समस्त पदाधिकारियों सहित हम माननीय CGMT साहिब का हार्दिक आभार प्रकट करते हैं, जिन्होंने सकारात्मक वातावरण में संवाद कर संगठन की बातों को प्राथमिकता दी। मीटिंग के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण क्षणों के छायाचित्र संलग्न हैं।
