On this meaningful occasion, and in commemoration of 100 glorious years of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a New Year 2026 diary, a premium pen, and a mobile stand were respectfully presented as symbols of goodwill and mutual respect.
All the presented items bore the name “Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association (BBOA), HQ”, reflecting institutional dignity and national values.
The delegation comprised Shri Rajender Singh Tushir (Coordinator), Shri Kuldeep Rathi (Circle Secretary, BBNW), Shri Mallesh Kumar (Advisor, South India), and Smt. Keerti Bala (Finance Secretary, Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association). On the occasion of the completion of 100 years of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a Bhagwa-coloured Diary for the year 2026, a luxury pen, and a beautiful metal mobile stand were respectfully presented to both the Hon’ble Members and their Personal Secretaries. During the interaction, important departmental matters concerning the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), BSNL, and the welfare of BSNL employees were discussed in a constructive manner, keeping in view departmental interest, employees’ interest, and national interest. Both the Hon’ble Members graciously conveyed their consent to hold a detailed meeting in January 2026, so that important and pending issues could be discussed comprehensively.
नववर्ष 2026 के उपलक्ष्य में, दूरसंचार विभाग (DoT) के माननीय Member (Services) श्री डी. चक्रबर्ती जी एवं माननीय Member (Finance) श्री मनीष सिन्हा जी से संचार भवन, अशोक रोड, नई दिल्ली में शिष्टाचार भेंट की गई। इस अवसर पर श्री राजेन्द्र सिंह तुसीर (संयोजक), श्री कुलदीप राठी जी (सर्कल सचिव, BBNW), श्री मल्लेश कुमार जी (सलाहकार, दक्षिण भारत) तथा श्रीमती कीर्ति बाला जी (फाइनेंस सचिव, भारतीय बीएसएनएल ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन) उपस्थित रहे। राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (RSS) के 100 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में, वर्ष 2026 की भगवा रंग की डायरी, एक लक्ज़री पेन एवं मेटल का आकर्षक मोबाइल स्टैंड माननीय दोनों अधिकारियों एवं उनके निजी सचिवों को सादर भेंट किया गया। भेंट के दौरान दूरसंचार विभाग, बीएसएनएल एवं बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के हित से जुड़ी विभागीय गतिविधियों एवं महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर सार्थक चर्चा हुई, जो पूर्णतः विभागहित, कर्मचारीहित एवं राष्ट्रहित में रही। माननीय दोनों अधिकारियों ने जनवरी 2026 में शीघ्र एक औपचारिक बैठक आयोजित करने हेतु अपनी स्वीकृति प्रदान की, जिससे लंबित एवं महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विस्तृत विमर्श किया जा सके।
Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association (BBOA) started functioning in BSNL from 03-07-2015 under the able leadership of General Secretary cum Patron Sh. Rajender Singh Tushir.Under Sh. Rajender Singh Tushir,our beloved
Chirman cum Patron of BBOA,many initiatives were taken for the betterment of BSNL employees and were achieved too. Some notable initiatives are mentioned below:
BHARATIYA BSNL Officers Association (BBOA) came into existence in BSNL and has shaped its significant role in BSNL. The idea of forming BBOA was mooted on 17th January 2015 - the day when the then Hon'ble Cabinet Minister of Communication Sh. Ravi Shankar Prasad inspired our Patron and Chairman Sh. Rajender Singh Tushir to spread awareness among BSNL employees about the positive steps being taken by Government of India for improving the Telecom Infrastructure of India and inculcation of BSNL in this process to realize the dream of national inclusion of all the citizens of India in every corner of India via telecom services.
