विश्व दूरसंचार दिवस 2026 के अवसर पर भारतीय बीएसएनएल ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन (BBOA) द्वारा सदस्यता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
साथियों, समय रहते अपने अधिकारों और मांगों के प्रति सजग होना आवश्यक है। आज भी BSNL एवं MTNL दोनों ही भारत सरकार के अधीन शत-प्रतिशत सरकारी उपक्रम हैं, फिर भी वर्षों से वेतनमान एवं पदोन्नति में बड़ा अंतर देखने को मिला।
उदाहरण स्वरूप — BSNL के JAO/JTO को E-1A में लगभग ₹9850 वेतनमान मिला, जबकि MTNL के समकक्ष अधिकारियों को ₹10750 वेतनमान एवं अधिक पदोन्नति लाभ प्राप्त हुए।
यह सब उनके संगठनों द्वारा DoPT नियमों एवं सरकारी आदेशों को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करवाने का परिणाम था।
आज आवश्यकता है कि अधिकारी वर्ग जागरूक होकर अपने भविष्य एवं आर्थिक हितों की रक्षा हेतु संगठित हो।
BBOA राष्ट्रीय विचारधारा से प्रेरित संगठन है, जो नियमों एवं तथ्यों के आधार पर अधिकारियों के लंबित अधिकार दिलाने हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है।
एक अवसर BBOA को देकर अपने निरंतर हो रहे आर्थिक नुकसान को रोकने तथा सम्मानजनक अधिकार प्राप्त करने की दिशा में मजबूत कदम बढ़ाइए।

Chirman cum Patron of BBOA,many initiatives were taken for the betterment of BSNL employees and were achieved too. Some notable initiatives are mentioned below:
BHARATIYA BSNL Officers Association (BBOA) came into existence in BSNL and has shaped its significant role in BSNL. The idea of forming BBOA was mooted on 17th January 2015 - the day when the then Hon'ble Cabinet Minister of Communication Sh. Ravi Shankar Prasad inspired our Patron and Chairman Sh. Rajender Singh Tushir to spread awareness among BSNL employees about the positive steps being taken by Government of India for improving the Telecom Infrastructure of India and inculcation of BSNL in this process to realize the dream of national inclusion of all the citizens of India in every corner of India via telecom services.
