भारतीय बीएसएनएल ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन (BBOA) से जुड़कर, आप तीसरा वेतन आयोग लागू करवाकर लाखों रुपये की भरपाई पा सकते हैं। कई बार सोचता हूं — दूरसंचार विभाग देना चाहता है, और कर्मचारी भी लेने को तैयार हैं — फिर वह कौन सी तीसरी ताकत है जो व्यक्तिगत लाभ के लिए लाखों कर्मचारियों के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं ?
हर चुनाव से पहले और बाद में, और सदस्यता अभियान (16 जून से 15 जुलाई) के दौरान, वही लोग नए नाम, नए चेहरे, संचार मंत्री व BSNL के उच्च अधिकारियों से मीटिंग आदि करके अपने छुपे हुए अजेंडे सामने लाकर सभी कर्मचारियों को भ्रमित कर रहें हैं। हमारे संगठन को लगता है की अबकी बार BSNL कर्मचारी पिछले 9-10 वर्षों से जो धोखा खाया है अबकी बार BBOA संगठन को अपनी सदस्यता देकर अपने मंसूबे पूरे कर लेंगे । यदि प्रशासन के कामकाज की समीक्षा हो तो वह दिन दूर नहीं, जब BSNL की हालत MTNL से भी बदतर हो जाएगी।
👉 यह संदेश 50-50 लोगों तक पहुँचाएँ — सच की कड़ी जुड़ती जाएगी।
आज हमारे Designation (GM, Joint GM/DGM, AGM/DET, SDE/SDO, JTO, CAO, AO) समाज में सम्मान का प्रतीक हैं।
लेकिन ONE PSU ONE Association की मनमानी से इन्हें नजरअंदाज कर आपका वजूद खतरे में है।

BSNL Corporate Office Letter- Regarding Grant of notional increment to absorbed employees of BSNL for the purpose of calculating Pension

With consistent efforts of Bharatiya BSNL Officers Association (BBOA), BSNL Corporate Office has now Circulated Dot OM dated 26.05.2025 mentioning that DoT has decided that the benefit of notional increment as it was due in any month of the year should be drawn in favour of eligible retired employees/third parties, who had retired/are retiring from BSNL service w.e.f.01:01.2006. Actual benefits in respect of different categories of employees will be governed as per the stipulation of Para 4, 5 and 6 of OM dated 20.05.2025.

Further all Circles have been directed for the following actions:-

All Circles/Units are requested to implement the above-mentioned DoT OM dated 26.05.2025 in respect of eligible absorbed employees retiring/retired on superannuation from BSNL W.e.f. 01.01.2006. The conditions and eligibility criteria stipulated in the OM shall be followed meticulously while processing the cases of notional increment only for the purpose of calculating the pension.

The cases of eligible employees for grant of notional increment for pension in terms of DoT OM dated 26.05.2025 shall be taken up with the concerned CCA. However, priority may be given to the cases where there are any directions from the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunals or that of other judicial forums and forward such cases along with the judicial orders to the concerned CCÁs for further action.
